Consultation & Design Blueprint

The journey begins with your vision. Whether you have a completed design or just an inspiration, our team assists you in choosing the right materials (Cotton, Bamboo, or Performance Blends) and technical specs like reinforced heels or seamless toes. We provide a digital 3D mock-up for your final approval.

Precision Sampling

We believe in perfection before production. We create a physical sample of your design so you can evaluate the texture, fit, and durability. If you are looking to match a specific retail quality (like JD Sports or Nike), we use those as a direct benchmark during this stage.

Advanced Technical Manufacturing

Once the sample is approved, we move to our high-tech production line. Using state-of-the-art Italian Lonati knitting machines, we ensure high-density knitting for superior comfort. Every stitch is monitored to maintain consistent quality across thousands of pairs.

Finishing & Private Labeling

After knitting, socks undergo washing, steaming, and boarding to achieve their final shape. We then finalize the "Private Label" process—attaching your custom tags, hangers, or multi-pack boxes, making the products shelf-ready for your brand.

Quality Inspection & Smart Logistics

Every batch undergoes a final manual inspection. We then handle the logistics based on your needs. Whether it is Ex-Works (Turkey) or DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to the UK or Europe, we manage the customs sensitivities of branded items to ensure a safe delivery to your warehouse.
